The Empowered

Athlete Program

Mindset coaching for the athlete who is training hard and still gets in her own head.

It’s 8 one-on-one sessions built around where she is right now. We start with a resilience questionnaire, set her goals for the series, and write her mission statement. From there every session is tailored to her: mindset tools, breathwork, meditation, journaling, affirmations and self-talk, and a plan for the moments that rattled her last season.

She leaves with her Athlete Blueprint, a guide she and I build together. It holds her goals and the tools that work for her, along with a plan for what got hard last season, and journal pages she keeps using all year.

If you’re reading this, worried about your daughter, you’re not alone, and she isn’t the only girl dealing with this. She doesn’t need fixing. She needs tools and someone in her corner.

She’s competitive and harder on herself than anyone else is.

Maybe she freezes in big moments, or cries when a game goes sideways, or can’t let a mistake go.

She loves her sport and it’s starting to feel heavy.

I know her because I was her. I had the work ethic and no tools for when my mind made me freeze. This is the program I wish someone had given me.

“Coach A has been an absolute gift to my child. She has played an integral role as a model for female athletes, focusing on supporting girls where they are and providing opportunities for growth far beyond the court, field, or mat. Her expertise in both the mental and physical aspects of sport is invaluable, and her dedication to her athletes goes much further than scheduled sessions. She becomes a sounding board, a source of inspiration, and a bank of knowledge that will grow your athlete in the most well-rounded of ways, giving them confidence and skill set improvement they'll apply in practice, game settings, and walking through daily life. We're extraordinarily lucky to have her in our corner!”
